This stock medical exhibit shows post-accident neck and back injuries. The first illustration is a sagittal view of the spine, indicating the various regions of the spine: cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral. The second illustration shows post-accident injuries to the cervical spine in a sagittal view, including osteophytes and stenosis of the spinal canal at C5-6 and C6-7. The third illustration shows injuries to the cervical spine in a superior view of a cerivcal vertebra, including moderate to severe spinal stenosis at C5-6 and C6-7. The fourth illustration shows post-accident injuries to the thoracic spine in a sagittal view, including endplate compression of T10 and a compression fracture of T12. The fifth illustration shows post-accident injuries to the lumbosacral spine in a sagittal view, including degeneration of the L4-5 and L5-S1 discs. The sixth illustration indicates areas of pain in the muscles and ligaments of the back in a posterior view, including the neck, right shoulder, and mid and low back.
