This exhibit depicts a left knee joint injury consisting of meniscal tears and tear of the medial collateral ligament. Also depicted are cervical bulges at C3-4, C4-5, C5-6 and disc protrusion at C6-7. Anterior and posterior bone fusions are performed at C4-5 and C5-6.
