Post Fall Right Shoulder Injuries with Arthroscopic Surgical Repair - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This series of illustrations depict multiple injures to the shoulder joint including: anterior labral tear, chondromalacia of the glenoid, paralabral cyst, hyperemic bursa and subacromial impingement. The surgical repair consist of debridement of the glenoid, securing the labrum in anatomical position using PushLock screws, bursectomy and acromioplasty is performed to decompress the rotator cuff.
