Head Position in OA vs OP Presentation - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This medical exhibit features two sagittal views of the female pelvis revealing the fetal head fully engaged in each image. In both images the fetal head is shown at the +2 station. It will be clear that the widest part of the head is not in the same location even though the leading edge of both heads is at the +2 station.
