Cardiac Arrest Resulting in Decreased Blood Flow and Oxygenation - Medical Illustration, Human Anatomy Drawing
This exhibit begins with one large anterior upper body silhouette of a young 4-year-old female child revealing the heart, lungs, brain and great vessels. This image clearly illustrates normal anatomy with a series of big red arrows showing the flow of oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart and out of the heart up through the aorta and carotid arteries to a nice pink healthy brain. Next, a very similar image illustrates the heart will be shown vibrating and shaking (symbolized artistically with wavy lines around the edges of this heart) representing the cardiac arrest.
